Shipping
We currently ship only within the United States of  America to the address listed on the customer's credit card. For insurance purposes, a COPY of the Appraisal Certificate is shipped with the necklace and earring sets. The original Appraisal Certificate is shipped one week after confirmation of delivery of the jewelry.

If an item is to be returned, it must be recieved by us within (5) days of receipt of said item. Incomplete items will be incur a charge for the missing items in addition to a service charge. There is no service charge for the return of complete items.

Warranty
Warranties are limited to the quality of  the workmanship and accuracy of the gold content. No other warranty, express or implied, applies.

IN NO EVENT WILL NEWPORT GEMS BE LIABLE TO ANY PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR ANY USE OF THIS WEB SITE, OR ON ANY OTHER HYPER LINKED WEB SITE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY LOST PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF PROGRAMS OR OTHER DATA ON YOUR INFORMATION HANDLING SYSTEM OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF WE ARE EXPRESSLY ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
